Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

zum Erhalt einer Akkreditierung ist eine Registrierung erforderlich.

Um diese abschließen zu können, ist das Hochladen eines Portraitfotos, auf dem der Kopf mindestens 2/3 des Bildes einnimmt, erforderlich (keine Ganzkörperfotos).

Das Foto kann nach dem Upload eigenhändig zugeschnitten werden.

Fotos, die nicht der Vorgabe entsprechen oder zu dunkel sind, können aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht akzeptiert werden und müssen vor Ort erneut gemacht werden. Dies kann eine längere Wartezeit nach sich ziehen.

You need to also upload your photo which will be used on your personal badge.

Please assure visibility is good and you only use portrait pictures (no full body pictures).

You can crop the picture after uploading to optimize the size.

If your picture is not conform to our security policy you will have to take a picture during pick-up at the venue.

Please consider that this will increase the queuing time.
